What we collect, and why.

What the form collects

If you fill in the form on the Start a project page, we get exactly what you typed: your name, email, company, phone number, industry, current website, budget range, timeline, and the project details you wrote. Nothing else. The site does not follow you around the internet.

Why we want it

To reply to you, and to keep the thread going while we talk about the job. That is the whole reason. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to advertisers, and you are not added to a mailing list.

Where it lands

Netlify hosts this site and delivers the form. What you send sits in our account there, where we read it. Netlify handles it on our behalf as our hosting provider.

Tracking

There is none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no third-party scripts, and no cookies set by this site. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

How long we keep it

While we are talking, and afterwards as the record of a job. Ask us to delete yours and we delete it.

Getting a copy, or getting it deleted

Ask, and we will do it — tell you what we hold, send you a copy, fix anything wrong, or delete the lot. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. Email aramis@reinforcebuilds.com or call (760) 215-9700. A real person answers both.
